This creation of this web site has been driven by the beauty of the material in which we work, that is our passion. Be it from the ruggedness of elm to the shimmering gossamer of ripple Sycamore in which we make some of our drop spindles.

All wood has been hand selected with consideration to quality and environmental impact. Please see our environmental policy.

Packing & Dispatch

Please be aware that all my items are hand made and invariably made to order. My target is to try and dispatch in 10 working days. However in order to maintain the quality of my products it can sometimes take longer depending on how busy I am. Please allow up to 25 working days; I will e-mail you with the tracking number when I have posted it.

Within the UK items are sent first class signed for.

£7 for orders under £60 and free for £70 and over.

EU and the rest of the world items are sent International Air mail signed for.

£12 for orders under £120 and free for £120 and over for the EU
and £14 for orders under £140 and free for £140 and over for the rest of the world.

All items are packed so they should arrive safe and sound. In particular my spindles are shipped in individual post tubes (see spindle page). Each Spindle is wrapped in oil free tissue, the tubes are lined with cfc free foam to form a very safe and sung container. This is then wrapped in brow parcel paper with the ends and joints being sealed with parcel tape.
As part of my service I take out shipping insurance offered by royal mail. So in the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged in any way I will replace it.
